Background:
Stonegate is a Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School situated in rural north east Sussex, for boys and girls aged from four to 11 Years. The school established in the mid nineteenth century and is situated in the heart of the village of Stonegate. The buildings were extended in 1987 allowing a small increase in number of pupils'. There are currently 114 pupils' on the roll. The school is well-equipped with computers and every teaching area is connected to the Internet. All pupils' have regular experience of a range of computer skills. There is a wide range of out of school activities in which children may participate such as recorder club, chess club, drama club and netball club.
